​A true homebody mixed with the urge to travel and experience new things, I'm an introvert at heart and my husband & daughter are my world.

 

I have four younger siblings so I was always the babysitter which annoyed me as a teenager- ha! But it taught me how to work with children.

 

I was a teacher for many years at a Waldorf-inspired outdoor school here in Portland, as well as Montessori and public schools, and simply love love love photographing motherhood & family moments.

I had a tough postpartum but photography was one of the things that helped get me through it - was therapeutic in a way to focus my mind on something creative.

​

​I live in Sandy, OR - on the way up to Mt. Hood - and love spending my free time hiking, foraging for mushrooms and camping in the forest!
