Being the oldest of 5 I was always the babysitter which annoyed me as a teenager- ha! But this has given me the gift of being able to work with children with ease. I was a teacher for many years at a Waldorf-inspired outdoor school, as well as Montessori and public schools, and simply love love love photographing family moments.

​My husband and I live in Sandy, OR - on your way up to Mt. Hood - & have the most amazing toddler running around and getting into EVERYTHING!

 

It seriously seems like yesterday she was just born. While in the newborn trenches, I felt like time was at a stand still, that I could always take that photo tomorrow or the next day... but the truth is, as everyone says, it goes by in the blink of an eye, even if I didn't believe them at the time.

 

Luckily I was able to capture some moments but I always wish I did more. I cherish the photos of her little fingers wrapped around mine, breastfeeding, or simply looking into each other's eyes. .
